Floral Inspiration

The artist Muzi (Murilo Manzini) wanted to create a press kit that felt natural, intimate and true to the way he builds his floral artwork. As a La La Land artist, with work appearing across stationery, greeting cards, gifts and homewares, the shoot needed to show more than finished pieces. It had to reveal the references, gestures and small visual decisions behind his practice. We scouted a flower shop as the setting for a behind the scenes style shoot, placing Muzi inside the colours, textures and shapes that inspire his work. The result was a colour filled portrait of an artist in his element, surrounded by flowers, movement and quiet concentration. The images feel personal and warm, capturing the beauty of his method without making it feel staged.
